HEALTH WARRANTY

Shadow Pine Labradoodles will do everything within our power to breed healthy puppies. At the time of purchase we guarantee that your puppy will be in good health. The puppy will stay with us until he/she reaches 8 weeks of age. At 6 weeks the puppy will see our veterinarian for their initial exam and will receive the age appropriate vaccination. It is the buyers responsibility to have the puppy seen by a veterinarian of choice within 3 days of receiving the puppy. If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening health issue at this vet check, the seller should be notified immediately, and puppy should be returned to seller within 24 hours for a replacement puppy when one is available or a full refund of purchase price (not including deposit or shipping fees). Proper veterinarian documentation must accompany buyers request. If no replacement puppy is available from the same litter, buyer may select one from an upcoming litter.

This does not cover an umbilical cord hernia or malocclusion. If the puppy is not examined by a veterinarian within 3 days after the buyer takes possession of the puppy, Shadow Pine Labradoodles’ health warranty is null and void.

Visting our favorite vet!

Shadow Pine Labradoodles, will guarantee puppy until he/she reaches 24 months of age from all serious genetic health impairments (meaning life-threatening or life-altering). If puppy is diagnosed with a serious genetic health impairment and proper documentation is provided to seller, buyer has two options: buyer can return the puppy for a replacement puppy when one becomes available or keep puppy, and seller will refund veterinary cost up to amount of purchase price of puppy (not including deposit or shipping fees). Once the refund reaches purchase price of puppy, the warranty expires and the seller has no further monetary obligation to buyer. If puppy has been physically injured, has ingestion of foreign objects, food, or chemicals it is no longer covered by this warranty. Fleas, worms, parasites, stress induced diarrhea, viral illnesses, bacterial infections, fungal infections, allergies, hypoglycemia, giardia, and coccidiosis are not covered by this warranty. Puppy must be kept current on all vaccinations and veterinary care under a licensed veterinarian. Failure to do so will void this warranty. Puppy must be housed indoors and not outdoors.

Some veterinarians will instruct a new puppy owner to never introduce their puppy to other dogs or new environments until they have received all of their shots. However, others feel that this delay in exposure/socializing your puppy could result in behavior problems. If you choose to socialize your puppy before vaccinations are completed, do it with extreme care. This means socializing them in a safe environment with a limited number of dogs that are current on all vaccines and parasite prevention.
